We default to leaving the number of bottles you are normally scheduled to receive unless you contact us at least 1 day prior to scheduled delivery date to make other arrangements.

What If I Anticipate Using All My Bottles Before The Next Scheduled Delivery?
Our current delivery schedule is approximately every other week. Please let us know at least 1 day prior to your scheduled delivery date and order extra bottle(s) as appropriate to help accommodate the extra demand.
Will You Automatically Charge My Card If I Am Set Up For Credit Card Payments?
We utilize industry standard payment security processes to charge your credit card registered with your account for the number of bottles delivered. If you are set-up for water cooler rental services, we will also charge the agreed to monthly service fee. If you are outside the normal delivery zone, we may also charge a mutually agreed to energy surcharge.
